You retain ownership of all final design files delivered to you as part of your subscription
By default, you grant Perfekta Unlimited a non-exclusive right to display completed work in our portfolio and on social media. To opt out, notify us in writing at info@perfektany.com
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any materials, images, or assets you provide for use in designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Stock photography and media used in designs are licensed for the specific use case only. Individual stock assets are not transferred as standalone licenses
